January 6. National Shortbread day.

My son and I usually make cookies on Sundays. He has decided a couple months back that Sunday is cookie day. But today, we didn't have to make any. Cause we just got this whole tin full of chocolate cookies! Thanks to my friend Mark for this Christmas yumminess!

So I turned it over to look at the list of different stuff it had inside.. and there it was: shortbread!! 

A Shortbread is a type of cookie, popular in Britain, that is traditionally made with sugar, butter, and flour.

You guessed it right! I didn't have to make anything today! Killed two birds with one stone! ha!

My daughter thought it was pretty awesome too. Cookies for breakfast!
