Coffee cake is a type of cake meant to eat with coffee or served to guests on a coffee table. And for the people who don't like coffee, no - it does not really have coffee in it. It has cinnamon and other spices and can be made with a sweet crumb topping or a light sugar icing glaze.
I tried a new recipe and it actually turned out pretty good! Coffee cake is always good!
