Yes you guessed it right, I made chicken cordon bleu for lunch today!

Here's a little tip, if you don't want the whole messy dip and dredge breading procedure,
this is what you can use:
Shake and bake baby! Funny how I used to not know what shake and bake is. I remember asking my friend what it was 'cause she was talking about it one day, and since then, I've always used it for a lot of baked chicken and pork! It's awesome! You put the seasonings and breading in the bag and add the meat, and SHAKE! and then you BAKE them! How much easier can it get?? I love it! hahahaha!
