Who doesn't like Brownies? Everyone likes them. Even people I know who don't like chocolate love brownies. How can you not? It's one of the best classic desserts right up there with chocolate chip cookies. Classic brownies are amazing. I like to eat them while they're still nice and warm. Top it with vanilla ice cream and maybe some chocolate or caramel sauce, SO GOOD. Today I made my brownies with a nice cream cheese swirl.
Like my post about the molasses bars, I still could not find my square pans, and I didn't make enough to use a rectangular pan, so I again used my round pan.
It turned out pretty good, I must say.
Of course I had to try a piece while it was warm. Too bad we didn't have any ice cream today.
But it's okay, it was oh-so-yummy all by itself!
